The Dalys mortgaged lands in Co Galway and Co Clare and the Lismore estate to John Wood for £15,000. R S Guinness was appointed receiver agent. Recites marriage settlements of 5 & 6 Aug 1780 and 3 & 4 March 1808, provisions made for jointures and younger children.
