This money was lent to Lady Henrietta Daly by Gregory Cuffe of Creagh, [Ballinrobe], Co Mayo by deed of release, dated 25 July 1785 and under the terms of her marriage settlement with Denis Daly, dated 6 Aug 1780. Barry [Maxwell, 1st] Earl of Farnham and Henry [Maxwell Bishop of Meath were trustees of the marriage settlement after its solemnization. Richard Livesay, solicitor.
